I am now officially on the downhill side of the Anytime Fitness – Biggest Loser Challenge!  For Week 7, I lost 1.4 lbs...whoo hoo!

Turkey, Cheese & Mushroom Breakfast Pie


As a young woman living on my own since the age of 17, I had to learn how to eat cheap.  At some point of being broke, trying survive the jungle of life, we explore some things other than Ravioli or Hamburger Helper!  LOL

This is my take on a traditional quiche type dish. I have been making this "breakfast pie" for many years now.  All of my roommates have loved it and even my Husband loves it!  There are so many options with this breakfast pie...that is what makes it awesome!

Anytime Fitness - Biggest Loser Challenge - Week 6 Update



Week Six was amazing!  I am half-way through the Biggest Loser Challenge @ Anytime Fitness and I lost 4 lbs this week!!  *Happy Dance*  I actually haven't lost this much weight, in one week, in several months.

Anytime Fitness - Biggest Loser Challenge - Week 5 Update


Week 5 has been an interesting week to say the least.  I have stayed very busy (earning activity points, lol).

It seems like I had something to do almost every day.  I had a baskeball game, a talent show and a 2nd Grade Musical to go to for my nieces.  I LOVE every minute of it!  I don't have any children of my own, so I try to make every event that I can for my nieces/nephews.  I always try to show them I support them no matter what they are doing.
